About
Change Order Review is a service for general contractors. It reads a construction change order alongside the contract documents it belongs to and reports, item by item, what the contract already covers and what it does not.
What the Service does
You upload the contract, its attachments and the supporting documents to a project, then upload a change order. The Service extracts the work items the change order asks to be paid for, and assesses each one against the contract: already in scope, additional, ambiguous, or unsupported by the documents. Every assessment cites the passage it rests on, and you can open the source document at the cited page to check it.
Who operates it
XI GUOJUN operates the Service from Shenzhen, China. The Service is sold as prepaid review credits; payment is handled by Creem and Dodo Payments, which act as merchant of record and handle the sales tax on each purchase.
What it is not
The assessment is an automated aid. It is not legal, engineering, or professional advice, and it does not replace review by a qualified person. Read it as a second pass over the documents, not as a decision.
