The Service. The Service analyses construction change orders against contract documents and returns an assessment. The assessment is an automated aid. It is not legal, engineering, or professional advice, and it does not replace review by a qualified person. 2. Accounts. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. 3. Credits. Reviews are purchased in prepaid credits. One credit entitles you to one change-order analysis. Credits you purchase do not expire. Credits granted as a signup bonus expire one year after they are granted. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable. 4. Your content. You retain ownership of the documents you upload. You grant us the licence needed to store, process, and transmit them for the purpose of providing the Service. 5. Acceptable use. Do not upload content you have no right to share, and do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service. 6. Availability. The Service is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that an analysis will be complete, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose. 7. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by the law of Shenzhen, China, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. 8.
