1. What we collect. Your name and email address; the documents you upload and the change orders you create; payment records such as the plan purchased, the amount, and the transaction reference. We do not receive or store your full card number. 2. Why we process it. To provide the Service; to take payment and keep accounting records; to answer support requests; and to meet legal obligations. 3. Who we share it with. Payment processing is handled by Creem and Dodo Payments, who act as merchant of record for purchases. Document analysis uses third-party model providers. Object storage and hosting are provided by our infrastructure suppliers. We do not sell personal data. 4. How long we keep it. Account and billing records are kept for as long as your account exists, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Uploaded documents are kept until you delete them or your account is closed. 5. Your rights. Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Requests go to support@checkchangeorder.com. 6. Security. Data is transmitted over TLS and stored in access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. 7. Contact.
