Refund Policy

1. What you are buying. Prepaid review credits. One credit is consumed when you run an analysis on a change order. Re-running an analysis on a change order you have already paid for is free. 2. Before you use them. You may request a full refund of any credits you have purchased and not yet used, within 14 days of purchase. Write to support@checkchangeorder.com with the transaction reference. 3. After you use them. Credits that have already been spent are not refundable: the analysis has been delivered. 4. Partial refunds. If a payment is refunded only in part, we take back credits in proportion to the amount refunded, rounded up, limited to the credits still on your account. Credits already spent are not recovered and are not billed for separately. 5. Failed analyses. If an analysis fails on our side and cannot be completed, the credit it consumed is returned to your account automatically. 6. Statutory rights. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of Shenzhen, China. 7. How to ask. Email support@checkchangeorder.com from the address on your account, with the transaction reference. We aim to answer within five business days.
